Certis Belchim becomes a new tenant at Oxygen Park

Another international brand chooses Oxygen Park in Warsaw. Certis Belchim, a global manufacturer of crop protection solutions, adds to the tenant roster of the our complex. The company will move into Oxygen Park as early as November 2024, and its office will be arranged on the ground floor of Building B.

Certis Belchim specialises in providing integrated programmes, combining biological and chemical products that meet the challenges of sustainable crop production and the demands of the value chain. By the transfer of technical product knowledge and crop expertise into practical advice in the field, enabled by the company’s world-class trial stations, Certis Belchim supports its customers to unlock maximum value for farmers. Certis Belchim is underpinned by five global shareholders: MITSUI & CO., ISK, Nisso, Mitsui Chemicals Group and Kumai Chemical Industry Co.

‘We are extremely happy that our comprehensive strategy focusing on the re-commercialization of Oxygen Park has proved to be successful and another business has decided to choose our complex for its new head office. Flexible approach to the tenants’ needs, location in the Aleje Jerozolimskie corridor, and a convenient connection with other areas of Warsaw, as well as modern and environmentally friendly office space are amongst the most appreciated hallmarks of Oxygen Park. We are happy that Certis Belchim, a company with an established, robust position in its industry, found Oxygen Park reliable and decided to move to our office building,’ said Katarzyna Marciniak, Asset Operational Manager at Golden Star Estate.

As of November, the new head office of the Polish branch of Certis Belchim will be located on the ground floor of Building B at Oxygen Park and will cover 107 m2. The tenant was advised by Patron Brokers in the negotiation process.

‘We are looking forward to cooperating with Golden Star Estate. Oxygen Park offers a unique combination of modernity and nature in the heart of a big city. We do believe that the perfect location and a wide array of amenities offered by the facility makes it the right choice for our company,’ commented Michał Walachowski, Country Manager, Certis Belchim.
