Agfa to stay in the Oxygen Park

The Agfa-Gevaert Group, a leader in imaging technology, has extended its lease of office space in Oxygen Park. The company signed its first lease in the our complex in 2014. Under the new agreement, it will stay in Oxygen Park for the next six years. The headquarters of the Polish branch of Agfa covers 1,160 sqm. of modern office space and is located on the 3rd floor of Building B.

The Agfa-Gevaert Group develops, manufactures and distributes an extensive range of analogue and digital imaging systems and IT solutions, mainly for the printing industry and the healthcare sector, as well as for specific industrial applications. With over 150 years of experience, the company enjoys the reputation of one of the most recognisable brands in its sector.

The headquarters of the Polish branch of Agfa-Gevaert Group is located on the 3rd floor in Building B in Oxygen Park, and covers 1,160 sqm. of space. During the negotiation process concerning the new lease, the tenant was advised by experts from Colliers.

‘The shift in the work model, towards the hybrid one, required many offices to be rearranged. This was also the case for Agfa-Gevaert Group. Thanks to the negotiated fit-out budget, the tenant will enjoy a new space tailored to the expectations of its employees,’ says Robert Romanowski, Senior Associate, Office Agency, Colliers.
