Nieruchomości Plus, a real estate agency specializing in the sale of real estate in and around Warsaw, has leased nearly 300 sqm. of space in Oxygen Park. The agency will be headquartered on the 5th floor of Building B, which is part of the our office complex.

Nieruchomości Plus focuses its operations on the sale of residential real estate in Warsaw and the surrounding areas; its offer includes both primary and secondary markets. The Nieruchomości Plus team consists of account managers with many years of experience in the Warsaw real estate market. In addition to providing comprehensive services related to the purchase or sale of real estate, the agency also offers, in cooperation with the DEER DESIGN Interior Design Studio, services related to the design and interior finishing of apartments purchased from its staff. Nieruchomości Plus is moving its headquarters to Oxygen Park, and will relocate from another office in Warsaw.

The new office of Nieruchomości PIus in Oxygen Park will be arranged in almost 300 sqm. of modern office space, which is located on the 5th floor of Building B. The lease was signed for 3 years; Brookfield Partners represented the tenant in the negotiation process.
