A new global brand has joined the group of tenants of the our Warsaw-based office complex Oxygen Park. ECO3, a leading global supplier of prepress and printing solutions for the commercial, graphic arts, newspaper and packaging industries, has leased over 1,140 sqm. of modern office space on the 4th floor of building B.
ECO3 is one of the global leaders in comprehensive prepress solutions for the printing industry. ECO3 designs and develops systems for offset and flexo prepress, as well as offers materials, equipment and advanced digital systems to integrate and automate the workflow of printing houses. The company’s portfolio includes printing plates, graphic films, equipment, software and chemicals, complemented by a wide array of additional services. ECO3 has extensive direct sales and service structures in over 30 countries, including Poland. The company’s plants are located across Europe, both Americas and in Asia.

The seat of the Polish branch of ECO3 in Oxygen Park has been arranged on over 1,140 sqm. of office space located on the 4th floor of building B. During the negotiation process and the signing of the lease concluded for almost six years the tenant was advised by Colliers.

The Agfa-Gevaert Group, a leader in imaging technology, has extended its lease of office space in Oxygen Park. The company signed its first lease in the our complex in 2014.
