Nowy Styl, a European leader in comprehensive furniture solutions for office spaces and public environments, has decided to extend its presence at the Oxygen Park office complex in Warsaw. As part of the lease extension, the brand’s showroom underwent a major refurbishment and has been operating in its new format since February this year. The tenant occupies approximately 550 sqm in Oxygen Park.

Nowy Styl is a leading European manufacturer of office furniture, present on the market for 30 years. The company offers a wide range of solutions tailored to every type of office, combining functionality, ergonomics, and aesthetics. When creating its furniture, the company collaborates with designers from around the world and has received numerous awards in prestigious industry design competitions. Nowy Styl operates on a European scale, with production facilities and showrooms located both in Poland and abroad. One of the showrooms has been operating for years in the Oxygen Park office complex in Warsaw, occupying approximately 550 sqm of high-quality space.

The Nowy Styl space at Oxygen Park is an example of a modern and functional workplace arrangement, adapted to both private office and open space work environments. In recent months, the showroom has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment. As a result of the lease extension, Nowy Styl will remain in the Golden Star Group investment for the coming years.

Oxygen Park is a modern office complex located directly on Aleje Jerozolimskie, in Warsaw’s business district (Jutrzenki 137A). The project consists of two six-storey buildings with a total leasable area of over 18,000 sqm.

In addition to high-quality office space, tenants at Oxygen Park have access to a green patio with a relaxation area and the Gorąco Polecam café. The complex also offers 162 underground parking spaces, bicycle racks, and changing rooms with showers. The environmentally friendly solutions implemented in the complex have been confirmed by a BREEAM certification at the “Very Good” level.

The architectural design of Oxygen Park was developed by the renowned JEMS Architekci studio. The investment was completed in 2013.
